BACO has a successful reputation in surface preparation and coating application for external and internal lining of Pipelines, Manifolds, Piping, and Tanks. The external pipe coatings are used to protect the metal from corrosive environments while Internal lining is to protects the pipe from corrosive fluids.
We incorporate new technology & deliver value through innovation, skills & extensive experience. We do have a state-of-the-art blasting & painting workshop facility (25 x 30m) that contains first-class equipment, machines, and tools to allow us to perform the required works both in a very professional & safe manner. Effective surface preparation is critical to ensure maximum coating performance, each stage of the process can be accurately measured, from the climatic conditions prior to work commencing, through to the chloride content of the abrasive, as well as the blast profile, cleanliness, wet and dry film thickness. The highly experienced & professional team and the services offered by us do strictly comply with the international quality norms & standards. Further, our professional quality control inspectors are on a continuous basis making a daily pear off & holiday test report and a record of wet & dry film thickness measurements.
